Come join Emotions In Motion's first Mothers Circle, an inclusive and non-judgmental space for women of all ages and life stages to connect, reflect, breathe, release, and share their truths. Come experience the healing and growth that happens when we gather in community and are truly seen, heard, connected, and belong.
We’ll gather around the campfire for meditation, journaling, meaningful conversation, and experiential mind body experiences. Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected & empowered along your journey.
Bring a journal and pen. Wear comfortable clothing for light movement.
