We're so glad you're here!
At Emotions In Motion, we are passionate about empowering moms at all stages of motherhood. Our goal is to help you live a happier, healthier, and more connected life by providing the support and community to prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

We aim to create a space where moms can find the courage to challenge the unrealistic expectations and pressures in motherhood, and can slow down, rest, and focus on nurturing their needs. Drawing from personal experience and professional expertise, we're dedicated to helping moms live intentionally, prioritize real self-care, and feel empowered along their journey.
As women we are strong, and when we come together and lift each other up, we're unstoppable. That's why at Emotions In Motion there's a strong emphasis on groups, retreats, and building an empowering community for moms to thrive.
Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much
– Helen Keller.

Our Values & Philosophy
We are stronger together! Feeling connected and part of something larger than ourselves is vital to our health and wellbeing.
We aim to create a welcoming, inclusive, and uplifting community where moms can feel a sense of belonging, foster supportive connections, and gain strength and empowerment from being in community with others who lift them up.

Hi, I'm Jessica!
Founder, Owner, LICSW, Therapist, Motherhood Coach, Status Quo Disrupter, Community Builder, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Mom of 2
I’ve been passionate about helping others improve their lives for as long as I can remember — and that passion has shaped both my career and my calling.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked as a licensed clinical social worker supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in Metrowest and across Massachusetts. My experience spans community mental health, schools, private practice, and McLean Hospital.
After spending more than a decade working primarily with children and families, I shifted my focus to working with mothers and parents because I came to understand a powerful truth: a mother’s mental health and well-being is foundational to raising healthy, thriving children. While I specialize in supporting moms, I also work with dads and adults who are not parents.

Along the way, I’ve also worked in the health and wellness space as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. I’m deeply passionate about strengthening the mind-body connection, harnessing the healing power of movement, and helping women cultivate a healthier relationship with exercise, food, and their bodies.

Navigating my own early motherhood journey has inspired me to help other moms find the meaningful community, connection, and support we all need and crave, yet can be so hard to find.

As a status quo disrupter, I feel called to challenge the social norms and cultural expectations that keep moms overwhelmed, burned out, and disconnected — and to empower moms individually and collectively to prioritize their well-being and live a happier, healthier, more values-driven, intentional life.

Through a whole-person approach, I support women along their healing, growth, matrescence, and motherhood journeys. I specialize in working with parents and adults navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, midlife, burnout, anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and other mental health challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting women who want to be cycle breakers, prioritize their own inner healing, and reconnect with their calm, confident, compassionate Self — so they can show up more fully for themselves and the people they love.

At the heart of my work is helping people do hard things. Whether it’s navigating major life transitions, motherhood, and parenting, making a career change, overcoming intrusive thoughts and long-held fears, growth and healing often requires courage. I love supporting others as they step outside their comfort zones, build resilience, and do hard things that ultimately leads to healing, growth, and greater inner harmony and balance.

Motherhood is a beautiful opportunity to learn how to nurture yourself as you nurture your children. Having the right support can make all the difference. Whether through therapy, coaching, a group, or retreat, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

In my free time I enjoy early morning walks in the woods with my goldendoodle, Ruby, being active in nature with my family, and working on my own personal growth and wellness. I also love connecting and collaborating with others who share similar goals and passion for helping improve the lives of others.
