I am passionate about building community and helping foster meaningful connections. I collaborate with local moms' groups, family networks, libraries, schools, non-profits, corporations, and local community organizations to provide customized retreats, workshops, trainings, movement classes, and wellness programs.

We were inspired by her natural ability to connect with anyone and keep people moving while having fun!
