FAQs

Will I be able to communicate with you between sessions? Yes! I am here to provide ongoing accountable and support. You can email or message me between sessions. All messages will be responded to within 24 business hours. We can discuss and schedule regular check-ins during the week as well depending on your needs and interest.

What is your cancellation policy? I require a 24 hour cancellation policy. The full fee will be charged for any appointments that are missed, canceled, or rescheduled within 24 hours.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy? Therapy (psychotherapy) is a mental health service designed to treat diagnosable conditions such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Therapy focuses on emotional healing, symptom reduction, and processing past experiences that may be impacting your present. Coaching typically is future-focused and goal-oriented. Wellness coaching is designed for individuals who may not have a mental health diagnosis but want support creating healthier habits, improving work-life balance, reducing stress and burnout, strengthening relationships, or living more intentionally. Coaching emphasizes accountability, clarity, and aligned action to help you move forward.
