A fun fitness class designed to get the whole family moving! Through functional fitness skills, fun games, relays, partner exercises and mindfulness families will strengthen their minds and bodies and build healthy habits together. Give your child connection, a confidence boost, and an opportunity to socialize with other kids in a safe and supportive community!
