Start the new year with clarity, intention, and inspiration at Emotion In Motion's annual vision board workshop. Jessica Spaman, LICSW, holistic wellness coach and owner of Emotions In Motion will guide the group through a visualization meditation to help you connect with your intentions and goals for 2025 before diving into a creative session to design your own vision board.
Your vision board will become a powerful tool and visual reminder of your dreams and goals for the year, helping to inspire and empower you along the way. Join us for a fun night out and enjoy the creative process in a supportive, like-minded community of women who share your commitment to growth and well-being.
