Service Description

Join us every Sunday on the Framingham Centre Common for a full body strength and conditioning bootcamp class. Enjoy connecting with other moms (kid free!) and gain the health benefits of moving your body outdoors. This mood and energy-boosting workout is designed to help you feel physically and mentally strong, motivated, and connected. Exercises can be modified to make it fun and challenging for all fitness levels and pre/postnatal safe. You will be emailed the night before with what weights to bring. Class is held outside throughout the winter. Class is held virtually when it gets too cold or the ground is covered.

Cancellation Policy

FITNESS & YOGA CLASSES: Cancelations and rescheduling can be made through the system up to 8pm the night before class. Please contact me if you need to cancel after 8pm the night before class. ANY CANCELATION AFTER 8pm OR A NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED for the class. PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING: A 24-hour cancelation is required, otherwise, you will be responsible for the FULL COST of the session. ALL WORKSHOPS, GROUP COACHING, AND MULTI-WEEK GROUP SERIES: There are NO REFUNDS once purchased.
