- Mindful Mom & Baby Group 11/3-12/15
This 7-week group is intended to give new moms (birth to pre-crawlers) the much-needed community, connection, and support along their postpartum journey. This group helps moms get out of the house and connect with other local moms going through similar stages of motherhood in a meaningful and supportive way. Feel seen, understood, validated, and less alone as you share your motherhood struggles and joys in a non-judgmental space, have fun bonding with your baby through developmentally stimulating activities, learn self-care tools, and receive emotional support. Each week will begin with a structured mindful check-in, time to share and receive support, fun bonding activities, and a different topic of discussion (your journey to motherhood, navigating relationships and boundaries, shifting identity, guilt-free self-care, etc.). Together, we'll explore the unhelpful "shoulds" in motherhood culture and learn how to shut out the noise and tune into your inner wisdom. What makes this group special? You'll not only feel seen and supported - you'll also learn mindfulness-based tools to co-regulate and nurture yourself so you can mother from a place of calm, connection, and confidence. Come as you are - start to build your village and make lasting friendships for you and your baby, and leave feeling more connected, confident, and supported along your postpartum journey. Start your day off right with Sunrise Yoga on the Framingham Centre Common. This 60-minute vinyasa flow class is the perfect way to feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. With options suitable for all levels, you can enjoy a challenging workout while finding your inner peace. Join us and start your morning feeling relaxed and balanced. All you need is a mat. Yoga blocks are optional.
- Stroller Fit
Move & connect with other moms in a fun & motivating environment! This 60-minute, mommy and me, stroller fitness class includes a full body strength and cardio workout, time to bond with your child, and a supportive community for motivation, friendship, & fun! This class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and connected! Babies/children of all ages are welcome and do not need to stay in the stroller. Stroller and child are always optional. Modifications are provided for pre & postnatal and to make it both fun and challenging for ALL fitness levels! Please bring a mat or blanket and a resistance band if you have one. We meet at the playground at Cushing Park. It is easiest to park off of Winter Street (by Keefe Tech). In the winter we meet at The Vibe inside the Natick Mall (first floor outside Tiffany's). It is easiest to park in the Nordstrom parking lot.
- Mom Fit Boot camp
Join us every Sunday on the Framingham Centre Common for a full body strength and conditioning bootcamp class. Enjoy connecting with other moms (kid free!) and gain the health benefits of moving your body outdoors. This mood and energy-boosting workout is designed to help you feel physically and mentally strong, motivated, and connected. Exercises can be modified to make it fun and challenging for all fitness levels and pre/postnatal safe. You will be emailed the night before with what weights to bring. Class is held outside throughout the winter. Class is held virtually when it gets too cold or the ground is covered.
- Baby & Me Yoga
This class is being offered FREE through the Framingham Public Library. Meets first Friday of the month from 11-11:45am April-August at McAuliffe Library. https://framinghamlibrary.org/ A 45-minute baby & me yoga class to encourage fun bonding time and movement to nourish the mind and body. Class will include a variety of playful songs and movement, mindfulness, a focus on poses that help new moms relieve the strain of nursing/feeding and rebuild abdominal strength, and a safe and supportive space to connect and make new friends for you and baby. Best for pre-walkers. Please bring a mat and blanket for baby.

Strengthen your body and mind in this total-body strength & conditioning workout that incorporates circuit training, HIIT, bodyweight exercises, and weights. All you need is a few sets of medium to heavy dumbbells.
- Wellness Walking Group
A 6-week wellness walking group for women and moms — a space to move your body, quiet your mind, and intentionally connect and reflect.
