Mothers Circle

Emotions In Motion's monthly Mother's Circle is an inclusive and non-judgmental space for moms of all ages and life stages to connect, reflect, breathe, ground, and share their truths. Transformative healing and growth happens when women gather and connect through authenticity and vulnerability.

July's Mother's Circle will use this mid-year point to pause, reflect, and refocus on what we need and want to prioritize, let go of, and cultivate to support our well-being in our season of motherhood and life.

We’ll gather around the campfire for meditation, journaling, meaningful conversation, and experiential mind body experiences.
