About the event
Join us for a fun-filled afternoon where you will have a chance to connect with other like-minded women and kick off your New Year with clarity, intention, and inspiration! Jessica Spaman, LICSW, coach and owner of Emotions In Motion will lead the group through a meditation to ground and help gain clarity and connection to intentions and goals before we get creative designing a visual representation of those intentions and goals in a vision board.
Your vision board will serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for the year to come and is a powerful tool that will assist you in manifesting your dreams, intentions, and desires for the year.
Cost is $55
Includes all supplies. If you have specific pictures or special objects you would like to include on your board you are encouraged to bring them with you.
