Let's gather and set intentions for an empowering year ahead. Jessica Spaman, LICSW, coach and owner of Emotions In Motion will lead the group through a meditation to help gain clarity and connection to intentions, intuition, and what matters most before we get creative designing a visual representation of those intentions in a vision board.

Your vision board will serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for the year to come and is a powerful tool that will assist you in manifesting your dreams, intentions, and desires for the year.
