Jessica Spaman, LICSW, holistic wellness coach and founder of Emotions In Motion will guide the group through a visualization meditation to help you gain clarity and connect with your future self, intentions, and goals for 2026 before diving into the fun and creative process of designing your own vision board.
Your vision board will become a powerful tool and visual reminder of your dreams and goals for the year, helping to inspire and empower you along the way. Join us for a fun night out and enjoy the creative process in a supportive community of women who share your commitment to growth and well-being.
