Regardless of whether you are seeking help for a specific problem or are just looking to exercise as a family, as you move your bodies together you will develop new ways to connect physically and emotionally with one another. 

In addition to improving your physical health and well-being, goals can include enhancing family communication, improving problem solving abilities and cooperation, strengthening bonds and parent/child attunement, developing healthy ways to cope with stress, and creating positive shared experiences. 

Sessions will vary depending on your family's needs and goals.
