Women’s Wellness Group: Starts Sept 2024

Service Description

Women's Wellness Group is a Transformational 3-Month Wellness Journey to a Healthier, Happier You! This three-month small group coaching program is for moms of all ages and stages of motherhood who want to: ​ -Create new habits & daily self-care rituals to nurture their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. -Learn mind-body tools to alleviate stress & anxiety, helping you feel more balanced, calm, and present. -Shift your mindset and break free from the toxic diet culture and patriarchal motherhood norms. -Cultivate greater self-compassion, inner strength, & confidence and let go of self-judgment, mom guilt, and feelings of never doing or being enough. -Community & meaningful connection with like-minded women who are committed to growing alongside you. 3-Month Group Coaching Program Includes: -11 group sessions, from 9/22-12/8/24 (no group 10/13) on Sundays, 7:30-9pm. All group sessions are held over Zoom except for the last group, which will meet in-person in Framingham. -3x/week private group chat check-ins for ongoing support, reflection, and accountability. -Partner accountability -Option to attend Emotion In Motion's monthly Mother's Circles for FREE during the three months. -Receive discounted 1-on-1 coaching with Jessica Spaman, LICSW therapist & coach, during the 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

FITNESS & YOGA CLASSES: Cancelations and rescheduling can be made through the system up to 8pm the night before class. Please contact me if you need to cancel after 8pm the night before class. ANY CANCELATION AFTER 8pm OR A NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED for the class. PERSONAL TRAINING & 1:1 COACHING: A 24-hour cancelation is required, otherwise, you will be responsible for the FULL COST of the session. ALL WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, GROUP COACHING, AND MINDFUL MOM & BABY SERIES: There are NO REFUNDS once purchased.
