Mindful Mom & Baby Group

Service Description

A 7-week group for moms and their babies (birth-pre-crawling). This group is intended to give moms the chance to connect, learn new ways to bond with their baby, share their struggles and joys in a non-judgmental environment, and receive emotional support. Each week will begin with a mindful check-in, time to share and receive support, bonding activities such as infant massage, and a different topic of discussion (examples include navigating relationships, your new identity, sleep, return to work or not, self-care, etc.). In addition, moms will learn invaluable mindfulness and emotion regulation tools to nourish the mind & body. Leave feeling more connected & supported in your postpartum journey. Dates: Wednesdays 9:30-11AM 11/1-12/20 (no class Wed (11/22) before Thanksgiving) $280 for 7-weeks ​ This group is led by Jessica Spaman, LICSW, Owner of Emotions In Motion & Jill Vetstein, LICSW, Early Intervention Specialist, Certified Infant Toddler Teacher, & Infant Massage Instructor. *This group is therapeutic but is NOT mental health treatment or a replacement for it. This group is open to anyone who identifies as a mom. First time moms and moms with multiple children are encouraged to join. LGBTQ+ allies. All religions, cultures, and faiths are welcomed.

Cancellation Policy

FITNESS & YOGA CLASSES: Cancelations and rescheduling can be made through the system up to 8pm the night before class. Please contact me if you need to cancel after 8pm the night before class. ANY CANCELATION AFTER 8pm OR A NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED for the class. PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING: A 24-hour cancelation is required, otherwise, you will be responsible for the FULL COST of the session. ALL WORKSHOPS, GROUP COACHING, AND MULTI-WEEK GROUP SERIES: There are NO REFUNDS once purchased.
