  • Mindful Mom & Baby Group 3/12-4/30

    This 7-week group is intended to give new moms (birth to pre-crawlers) the much-needed community, connection, and support along their postpartum journey! Come meet and connect with other like-minded moms going through similar stages of motherhood, feel seen, understood, validated, and less alone as you share your motherhood struggles and joys in a non-judgmental space, have fun bonding with your baby, learn self-care tools, and receive emotional support. Each week will begin with a mindful check-in, time to share and receive support, bonding activities such as infant massage or baby and me yoga, and a different topic of discussion (examples include your journey to motherhood, navigating relationships, your new identity, return to work or not, self-care, etc.). In addition, you will learn invaluable mindfulness-based tools to help shut out the "noise" and the unhelpful "shoulds" in motherhood culture, learn how to tune into your inner wisdom, and create a greater sense of calm and confidence as a mother.  Leave feeling more connected, confident, and supported along your postpartum journey. ​ Open to first, second, third or more-time moms.  Dates: Wednesdays 9:30-11AM 3/12-4/30 (No group 4/23) $315 for 7 weeks ​ This group is led by Jessica Spaman, LICSW, Owner of Emotions In Motion & Jill Vetstein, LICSW, Early Intervention Specialist, Certified Infant Toddler Teacher, & Infant Massage Instructor. *This group is therapeutic but is NOT mental health treatment or a replacement for it. This group is open to anyone who identifies as a mom. First time moms and moms with multiple children are encouraged to join. LGBTQ+ allies.

  • Sunrise Yoga

    Start your day off right with Sunrise Yoga on the Framingham Centre Common. This 60-minute vinyasa flow class is the perfect way to feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. With options suitable for all levels, you can enjoy a challenging workout while finding your inner peace. Join us and start your morning feeling relaxed and balanced. All you need is a mat. Yoga blocks are optional.

  • Mom Fit Virtual

    Strengthen your body and mind in this total-body strength & conditioning workout that incorporates circuit training, HIIT, bodyweight exercises, and weights. All you need is a few sets of medium to heavy dumbbells.

  • Mom Fit Boot camp

    Join us every Sunday on the Framingham Centre Common for a full body strength and conditioning bootcamp class. Enjoy connecting with other moms (kid free!) and gain the health benefits of moving your body outdoors. This mood and energy-boosting workout is designed to help you feel physically and mentally strong, motivated, and connected. Exercises can be modified to make it fun and challenging for all fitness levels and pre/postnatal safe. You will be emailed the night before with what weights to bring. Class is held outside throughout the winter. Class is held virtually when it gets too cold or the ground is covered.
