Stroller Fit

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Cushing Park, Framingham

Move & connect with other moms in a fun & motivating environment! This 60 minute, mommy and me, stroller fitness class includes a full body strength, cardio, & core workout, time to bond with your child, and a supportive community for motivation, friendship, & fun! This class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and connected! Babies/children of all ages are welcome and do not need to stay in the stroller. Modifications are given to support pregnancy and postpartum recovery and to meet all fitness levels. Please bring a mat.


Mom Fit Bootcamp

Sundays 7:30-8:30AM 

Framingham Centre Common

Tuesday & Thursday

5:15-6:00AM Virtual

Strengthen your body and mind in this total-body strength & conditioning workout that incorporates circuits, HIIT, bodyweight exercises, and weights. This mood and energy boosting workout is designed to help you feel physically and mentally strong, motivated, and connected.

Children, Teen & Family Classes

A movement-based, mindfulness class assisting children ages 3-5 in becoming more aware of the present moment focusing on both their physical and emotional well-being. This fun and engaging class will teach you and your child simple techniques including, but not limited to age appropriate exercise, stretching, breath work, and creative movement to improve self-regulation, strengthen your connection, and integrate a mind-body experience fostering the healthy identification and expression of emotions. Spend time bonding with your child and developing life skills that can support a healthy, strong, and balanced body and mind.


Unplug, connect, and get moving as a family! Family Fit is a fun and engaging fitness class that incorporates physical activity, mindfulness, breath work, and partner exercises to focus on enhancing both physical and emotional well-being. Have fun bonding and developing healthy habits as a family and cultivating critical life skills to respond to stress, manage emotion, and build resilience.

GIRL FIT  (ages 7-11)

TEEN FIT (12+) 60 min

Give your child strength, confidence and connection in this fun, supportive, and engaging class. Class incorporates physical activity, mindfulness, engaging conversations, and self-care strategies to support your daughter's physical, mental, and social-emotional well-being as they learn to navigate today's challenging world.
